Kodacolor-II

This roll was developed as black and white in HC-110 dilution B for 7 minutes at 16 °C. The negative was quite dense but still produced acceptable quality images. Only four frames were exposed. Most likely the film was left in the camera but was never finished.

The aircraft in the first two photographs is the Piper PA-25-150 Pawnee with the registration number VH-SCL. The Soaring Club of Tasmania purchased the plane and registered it in January 2008. It and is still in operation as a tow aircraft. The club website has a page dedicated to this Pawnee.

The previous owner was Sunraysia Gliding Club at Koorlong Victoria. There is a photograph taken on the 7th August 1983 showing the plane and the pilot. The aircraft looks identical to the first image from this roll.

The car in the last exposed frame which also appears in this image is most likely Mitsubishi L200 Express 4 WD introduced in Australia in June 1981. It has a South Australia registration number.

Kodacolor-II was discontinued in 1983. This gives the time frame for these images from June 1981 till around 1984 (provided the film was shot within its expiry date).
